What is the AIRmove® machine?

The Airmove® machine table top design is compact (18”x 8” x 6”), lightweight (6 lbs) on demand, easy to use air fill cushion machine that produces clean and professional looking packages.

What does the AIRmove® product replace?
The AIRmove® cushion film offers the versatility to replace many commonly available packaging media such as bubble, loose fill, Kraft paper and newsprint. Its versatility provides excellent cushioning properties in combination with excellent void fill capabilities.
Is the AIRmove® machine easy to use?
Yes, remove the AIRmove® machine from the carton, insert power cord to the machine and wall socket, load the film, turn the on/off switch on and you are making professional quality packaging material.
What type of user would purchase the AIRmove® Machine?
The AIRmove® machine is designed for small professionals active in the B2B or B2C markets. The machine is designed to serve users that ship 5 - 100 average boxes per day.
How many boxes can I fill with 1 roll of film?
This is very much dependant on the void and size per box. If we assume an average box measures 1 cubic foot and has 30% void, then we can fill some 180 boxes with 1 roll of film. The example box would need 5-6 cushions.
Why would I need an AIRmove® Machine?
The AIRmove® machine eliminates the need to purchase, transport and store bulky rolls of bubble or bags of loose fill; it makes professional strength product and offers product on demand. It requires less material than traditional bubble because it is larger than premade bubble and offers superior product protection.
How do I best protect my products with AIRmove® cushion film?

Depending on the product, you might choose to wrap the product and put it in the box. First, place a AIRmove® pad on the bottom of the box, then wrap your product with AIRmove® cushion film and place in the box. Depending on the box size you are using, you may have to add additional cushion(s) in order to fill the remaining space. This is best done by overfilling the remainder of the space a little bit so that you insure the product is locked in and cannot move within the box. When closing the lids of the carton, you somewhat have to “squeeze” the cushions down in order to close the flaps of the box.

If your packaging requirements only require filling the void, then use as many as necessary cushions to lock your product in the box and again overfill a bit before closing and taping the lids.

Do I have to switch off my AIRmove® at the end of the day or when not in use?
It is recommended to switch off your AIRmove® machine when it will not be used for a period of time. To switch off the AIRmove® machine, use the main switch, located at the back of the machine next to the power cord. It is safer to switch off electrical appliances when they are not in use and it saves energy, thus is better for our environment.
How much energy does AIRmove® use?

When your AIRmove® machine can be plugged into any standard outlet and will draw only 2 amps
